This 45 minute Program is one segment from The School for Managers 6 hour audio series. This segment focuses on management, leadership and coaching. Program segments focus on practical management strategies and techniques that can be immediately applied.

Program 1: Segment 1 - Management, Leadership, & Coaching (Overview): Too often an employee is thrust into the role of "manager" with little to no management training and development skills. Here, you will learn about the unique responsibilities that come with the title "manager," examine various leadership styles, understand your own leadership style and learn about coaching to maximize performance. You will also develop a solid foundation in managerial functions to build your skills upon.
