How to apply template to your presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint 2007

1. Open your existing presentation.
2. Choose Format from menu on the top.
   
   
3. Click the dropdown arrow to the left of Effects.
   
   
4. This will open the themes palette where you can select Browse for Themes at the bottom.
   
   
5. Navigate to the template on your computer and click Apply.
   
   

How to apply template to your presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint 97-2003

1. Open your existing presentation.
2. Choose Format from menu on the top and click on Slide Design.
   
   
3. Slide Design will be displayed on the right side of your presentation. Click on Browse to select template.
   
   
4. Navigate to the template on your computer and click Apply.
