1. How can I find specific products on ReadySetPresent.com?

In order to fully utilize ReadySetPresent’s search function, use specific keywords. If you are not sure exactly what you are looking for, click on the categories to browse our products.

2. How do I purchase products through ReadySetPresent.com?

Three Simple Steps (Select, Purchase, Download)

  1. Select the product/s you would like to purchase.
    Browse by category or perform a keyword search for products with the sidebar on the left-hand side of every page of ReadySetPresent. Each product page contains information about the product, sample pages of written content, copyright and liability details, customer reviews, and related products. If you would like to order an item, click “Order Now,” which will take you to the “Shopping Cart.” Then, specify the currency of your payment and the quantity of the item and then click “Purchase.”
  2. Enter your personal information and preferred payment method.
    Enter your e-mail address, shipping address, and preferred payment method. (We will never sell your information to other sites. Please see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for more information regarding the policies of ReadySetPresent.) We accept all major forms of payment(link to payment and returns). Click “Continue” and enter your payment information. Check the accuracy of the information you provided before proceeding.
  3. Download!
    When you have finished checking your information and are ready to order, click “Purchase.” If you have chosen a credit card as your payment method, your download will begin shortly after your payment has been processed. For all other forms of payment, the order is normally processed within one business day after the payment is received. You will receive an e-mail when the order has been successfully processed. Please note that you have 12 hours to download your product before the link becomes inactive.

3. Are all of your PowerPoint Content, Quotes and templates compatible?

Yes. We have designed each vertical product line to be compatible with the other products in that same format.

4. Can I remove the ReadySetPresent Logo?

Yes. While you are the facilitator we have provided you with our content. We retain the right to our content as copy written information while we encourage you to add your logo or company name to each section (display, handouts and notes pages) for a co-branded package. If you want to remove our Logo, then you can do so with the purchase of a license per each PowerPoint Presentation $25.00 upon check out in your shopping cart.

5. How can I put my Logo on ReadySetPresent Workbooks?

Once you have purchased a workbook, you can send us your logo and we will put it onto our workbook’s notes pages. We will re-send to you a new PDF for that co-branded look.

6. Can I add my own PowerPoint slides?

Yes! Many presenters have also developed their own materials and we encourage them to use their own familiar content. You may insert any or all of our PowerPoint materials so long as you keep or co-brand our logo which is also our copyright.

7. Can I change any ReadySetPresent PowerPoint Content?

Yes. You may add or delete, edit, or re-order our content so long as you keep our ReadySetPresent logo remains on all slide masters, notes and handout pages.

8. What methods of Payment does ReadySetPresent accept?

ReadySetPresent accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club), checks, money orders, and Corporate Accounts with Purchase Orders.

9. How do I change or cancel an order?

Notify ReadySetPresent immediately; please see our Payment and Return policy.

10. How do I pay for reproducing ReadySetPresent products?

While most of our products are royalty free. We have priced our reprint fees modestly and unlike anyone else in today’s marketplace. You control the number of copies you use and once you are paid we are reimbursed. Reprint fees (click here) apply to: ReadySetPresent Workbooks, Articles and PowerPoint Content Upgrade.

Some of our products require an initial purchase and then a royalty fee. Workbooks are $69.95 for the first copy and reproducible for $15.00 per copy (click here). Articles are $15.00 for the first copy and reproducible for $1.00 per copy (click here). You may purchase additional copies, through our Corporate Account program, or send a check or money order payable to:

11. How do you develop your Products?

We have a small team responsible for content, marketing, website and graphic design. The majority of ReadySetPresent’s products were originally developed by our CEO Andrew E. Schwartz.

12. How can I upgrade my PowerPoint Content to include template design?

If you purchased any PowerPoint Content Presentation with clip art (right hand side), simply email us the following information: Name of each PowerPoint Presentation previously purchased, Date of Purchase, and make your upgrade payments (click here) (Participant Handout and Template Word Documents may be purchased separately).

13. How long will I have to wait on receiving my order?

Once you have paid, an email is immediately generated and sent to you with download instructions. This is the case almost 99% of the time. The notice that most on-line 3rd party shopping carts use “24 hours” is a standard message in the case that someone used PayPal and just for the sake of worst case scenarios.

14. How do I return a product or request a refund?

15. How do I upgrade a previously purchased PowerPoint Presentation?

To update, send an email to confirm the order number. Then, place your new order, and you will be refunded your original purchase price within 3-5 business days. Update previously Purchased

Downloads and Copyright

1. Can I get a replacement copy of my purchase?

If you need a replacement copy of your product there is a $25.00 replacement fee (click here to pay). After 3 business days, any replacement copies must be done manually. We will first verify your previous order, and once confirmed we will email you file transfer instructions. Your replacement copy will remain active for 48 hours. Replacement copies will only be sent Monday – Friday.

2. How can I make certain I can get my order as fast as possible?

If you make your purchase using a Major Credit Card, your product will be instantly available. If you make your purchase using PayPal or some other form of Payment, your order make take up to 3 business days. If you need your product rushed (ASAP) there is a $25.00 fee. Any ASAP orders must be done manually and once your order has been paid (click here to pay) along with your rush order payment, we will immediately email you FTP download instructions. Rush orders will only be processed Monday – Friday.

3. How do I download and extract a Product from ReadySetPresent.com?

5. What about ReadySetPresent product’s Copyright and Liability?

Products are electronically transferred upon your acceptance to abide by the terms and conditions of the license and usage policies as described above. This material is for a single user, although it may be presented to others. This product may not be re-sold, distributed, reproduced, stored in a database or retrieval system, except by written permission from the publisher. Any infraction or infringement will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Corporate Accounts

1. What is a Corporate Account?

A Corporate Account is a special type of member account where credit is granted to a company and ReadySetPresent.com members from that company can purchase products on a company "tab".

2. What are the advantages of implementing a Corporate Account?

Many customers have asked for a corporate account because it allows them to have ReadySetPresent.com directly bill their company monthly via e-mail. It is especially useful for repeated usage or large volume purchases because ReadySetPresent can work with you to fulfill your company’s needs; re-ordering our products will not be necessary.

3. How does my company get a Corporate Account on ReadySetPresent.com?

The ReadySetPresent Corporate Account’s program has been specifically implemented to make the purchasing and licensing of products easier for our valued customers.

We can direct bill you with an invoice based upon your reported monthly usage, or you can purchase additional copies directly through ReadySetPresent.com. Payments are net 30 days. Contact an account representative: sales@readysetpresent.com.

4. How are purchases made with a ReadySetPresent Corporate Account?

Purchases can be made by filling out our licensing/additional copies PDF document. This document is given to our corporate account clients upon successful implementation of a corporate account. This document can also be requested at any time by emailing sales@readysetpresent.com.

You will receive an invoice immediately after the form has been reviewed and all of the information has been validated.
